I have over 20 years of law enforcement experience, with 15+ of those years being in a supervisory or leadership role. I currently work full time for ECU Health Police Department as Captain of Professional Standards. I oversee department training compliance, applicant backgrounds, officer certifications, Internal Affairs, manage department intranet page/site, provide new hire orientation, track department vacancies, track incidents required for state reporting and complete special assignments when needed. I absolutely love the work I do.

I live in Williamston, NC with my husband of 19 years, our 16-year-old daughter, and 3 dogs. I am working on my degree in Business with a concentration in Management Information Systems and Human Resource Management. I have a Type A personality and happily suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).
