Who I am

I have been in the Information Technology space since starting as a Student Desktop Support Technician in 2000, while working towards my vocational certificate

Over the years, I have worked in various roles including Systems Administrator, Customer Success Manager, and Enterprise IT Manager. I am currently working as a Global Service Delivery Manager at an Managed Services Provider directing the day to day operations needs for several clients, as well as working to establish new business through Bid Defense of RFP, establishing service for new clients, Hiring and training new team members, as well as ongoing project initiatives such as Automation and AI.

Outside of my career I am a father of 1 teenager who keeps my hands full with Horseback Riding, Civil Air Patrol, and just general teenage girl antics.
I love to travel, and have been to several countries including Greece, Turkey, Mexico, France, Belize, England, Scotland, Canada, and the Bahamas.
Recently I have gotten into jogging and have participated in several RunDisney race events- 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon.
