I started my first job during covid at Chili's. This threw me right into the water on how to have good customer service.
Leadership
Growing up playing sports tought me how to lead. Coming in as a freshman playing football and basketball, my seniors and coaches taught me what it is to be an effective leader and lead by example.
Creative Problem Solving
Throughout my employment, many problems have arose. Knowing how to effectively handle the situation while still keeping the customer satisfied is what I pride myself on.

Communicaiton is key. Over the last couple years of working and being in social environments, I've learned how to effectively communicate.
