Lead technical analyst supporting approximately 1500 doctors and clinical staff located in 89 offices and clinic locations around North Carolina with network, telecommunications, hardware and software support
Furnished system administration of department access control using active directory, patch management using SCCM and security scanning with Qualys for approximately 2000 devices including computers, tablets and phones safe for 1500 users.
Collaborated with UNCHealth on projects and clinics. Responsible for maintaining UNCHealth BCA (Business Continuity Appliances) These are systems monitored by UNCHealth for use in the event of a UNCHealth network outage so the clinics can still work with patients while the system is down.

Systems management of departments VMware virtual server hosting platform and servers. These Microsoft servers serve a variety of functions. Some host UNC Athletics’s email archives with the Barracuda system. VMware Air Watch servers and Microsoft SQL to manage security and push applications to our mobile devices, also integrate with our VPP and DEP programs with our Apple and MACs iOS. We use VMView and Horizon servers to maintain our virtual desktop environments for our Ticketing system, our student classrooms, labs, and various offices. We deploy about 60 virtual desktops across the Department.
Supported 400 systems, 28 sports and departments in 18 buildings, including network computer systems, network printers and copiers, mobile devices, music systems, video editing, digital billboard systems, smart boards and museum support.
Served as the Athletics Security Liaison, I work closely with the University IT Security Office. Obtained Information Security training and acquired the SANs GIAC (Global Information Assurance Certification). Qualys trained and responsible for continual scanning and remediation of UNC Athletics’ 12 servers, 400 computers, and its mobile devices.

Management information Services

Design and installation of network cabling, phone cabling, router installations, Saber Server build, install and configurations, and Citrix Server installations for corporate headquarters and all domestic airport terminals.
Project Management Lead for new destination cities. Responsibilities included ordering and on-site installation of all IT equipment, hiring, and managing subcontractors for millwork and counter designs, network and phone cabling, designing mobile classroom setups, and Cisco router installations networked with Saber and Citrix servers for airline operations for each city.
Managed Novell 3.1 and Windows NT servers for the airline’s file, print, and application, as well as Microsoft Enterprise Exchange email server.
